  • Any reservation form submitted without payment will not be considered.
  • Sinfonia en Périgord accepts no liability for lost envelopes or banking information that is stolen.
  • If you wish to have your tickets delivered to your door via regular mail, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
  • If you wish to have your tickets delivered to your door via registered mail, kindly include 5 € for the delivery fee.
By telephone

Requests are processed in the order in which they are received.

with your credit card: immediate confirmation of your order.

  • Collection of tickets: to assure the timely delivery of tickets, those reserved via telephone are not mailed. These tickets must be collected at the concert site (opens an hour before the concert commences).

2. For advance reservations call 33 (0)5 53 09 51 30

with a cheque: confirmation upon receipt of your cheque made payable to Sinfonia at the following address: Sinfonia en Périgord - BP 1012 - 24001 Périgueux Cedex

  • Your cheque must arrive within 5 days following your call request. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of your cheque. After this duration, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Advance reservations paid by cheque will be rejected if made less than 5 days prior to the concert.
  • Collection of tickets: to assure the timely delivery of tickets, those reserved via telephone are not mailed. These tickets must be collected at the concert site (opens an hour before the concert commences).
At the concert site
  • Tickets on sale at each concert site, subject to availability.
  • Ticket office opens an hour before the start of the concert.
  • Payment may be made in cash, by cheque or by credit card (August Festival).
  • Payment may be made in cash or by cheque (regular season).
